Antarctica

I first arrived in Antarctica in 2015. As a marine biologist, I had the opportunity to survey the few

resilient life forms that survive in this harsh environment during the winter. I didn't see much more than snow and ice and returned home with frostbite. But I was so fascinated by the beauty and vastness of this white continent that I had to return. Nearly a decade has passed since that first voyage and I have now explored this region on over 40 voyages across all four seasons.
